Common questions

Yes, but it is slower. A 120V household outlet works as a backup path. For regular home charging, many drivers review a 240V outlet path.
Measure from the outlet to your vehicle charge port. Follow the real parking route, including corners, shelves, and where the cable needs to rest.
Tesla vehicles may use a J1772 adapter. The adapter direction and rating still matter, so we recommend a setup review before you finalize.
If you do not already have the right outlet, ask a licensed electrician to review the circuit, outlet type, and safe placement.
We do not recommend relying on an extension cord. Choose a cable reach that fits the parking spot, or ask us to confirm the path.
